Yaacob Oryah Winery
In a constant search with learning, experimenting, experience and even mistakes, a bit like a playground - everything to get to know the raw material, and the expression of the terroir, in the creation of new, different wines.
The wines are a personal creation with a lot of curiosity and a desire for accuracy, and each wine has its special name and the story behind it.
The wines has the winemaker's name as a personal signature on the inscription. Ya'acov always likes to define his work as "exploring the limits of what is possible in wine production"

Pelter Winery
Pelter Winery was founded in 2002 by Tal and Nir Pelter. Tal had just returned from Australia, where he studied Oenology and viticulture studies. He was captivated by the Australian approach to wine-making, and aspired to introduce it to the Israeli market: Production of quality wines at an accessible price, alongside a unique flagship selected series. In its first years, the winery operated in the yard of the owenrs’ family home in Moshav Tzofit. In 2005 the winery was relocated to Kibbutz Ein Zivan in northern Golan Heights, where it remains until today, surrounded by its vineyards.
Wine production at one of Israel's highest points, at 1,000 meters above sea level, has many advantages, like volcanic tuff soil, long and cold winter, cool and dry summer, large temperature range between night and day and strong radiation. These climate conditions provide an ideal environment for a long and slow ripening of the grape, giving it a range of deep and rich flavours and high quality

Matar Winery
Matar Winery was established in 2012. The idea of establishing a kosher brand has evolved with us over the years as part of the natural growth of Pelter Winery. We wanted to expand the existing work, open the circle, and invite many more into it.
The work at Matar Winery is based on the knowledge, professional attitude and culture of Pelter Winery and the family. Winemaking takes place at the heights of the Golan Heights adjacent to the Pelter Winery, connecting strongly to the place
Ramat Negev Winery
From the day the winery was established (in 2000) and through 2010, the main winemaker was the father, Alon Zadok, who practiced agriculture and management of agricultural villages for most of his life. Alon has 40 years of experience and has gained a great deal of knowledge and skills in agriculture and in the agricultural field-growing business, theoretical skills but mostly practical experience.
Sand, loess soil, water and fertilizer control grow fast and are one of the first to bear fruit in Israel.
Our vineyard is composed of mostly red species, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Sauvignon Blan, Chardonnay and more.
